DAY 1
SAIGON
Upon arrival at the airport, transfer to your hotel. The remaining day is at leisure.

DAY 2
SAIGON
Today’s full day tour will take you around the city, from downtown Saigon to Chinatown to get a general view of a developing city. You will get to know its history and culture with stops at the History Museum and at the Thien Hau Pagoda. See other places of interest such as Notre Dame Cathedral, The Central Post Office, and the Reunification Palace. Take the rest of the time for shopping activities around Dong Khoi Street and Ben Thanh Market.

DAY 3
SAIGON – CU CHI TUNNEL
Excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels: Cu Chi used to be a bitter battleground for many years during the Vietnam War. Visitors cannot miss a visit to this “underground village”, an intricate network
of over 200km-long tunnels at Ben Duoc, 75km from Ho Chi Minh City. Try a very short segment of this labyrinth of interlaced tunnels and you will find it incredible. In the afternoon you visit the biggest traditional medicine markets in the south, retail and wholesale: Binh Tay market in Chinatown. All kinds of traditional medicines can be found here, from herbal to animal  products. You might view, smell and touch some exotic medicines for the first time in your life. The tour continues with the Fito Museum, the first museum dedicated to traditional medicine in Vietnam, with collections of items relevant to traditional Vietnamese medicine, implements used to prepare the medicine, and tools used in a traditional pharmacy, as well as books and
documents. The tour ends with a massage by the blind massage therapist to soothe your muscles and relieve any pain and stress.

DAY 4
SAIGON – MEKONG DELTA
Take your private transfer to Mekong Delta in the early morning to embark the Mekong Eyes in Cai Be or Can Tho (depending on the day. Tours start in Cai Be on even dates and in Can Tho
on odd dates). You board your comfortable wooden river cruise vessel around noon. After a refreshing welcome drink, the boat starts cruising. Sit back and watch the fantastic scenery and
the daily life of the Mekong people. In the afternoon you can disembark for a guided leisurely stroll through a village and the surrounding fruit orchards or rice fields. Meet the friendly locals
and taste the local produce and fruits. Get back on board and enjoy a drink at the bar or relax on deck as the sun sets over the magnificent water landscape of the Mekong River. The cruise boat will anchor for the night. The day ends with a delicious on-board dinner. You stay overnight on board your floating hotel in the Mekong Delta.

DAY 5
MEKONG DELTA – SAIGON
Wake up well rested to the sound of the river and get ready for another exciting day of sightseeing in the Mekong Delta. At 6.30h the cruise vessel sets off for a sunrise cruise. Watch the locals go about their daily work drying exotic fruits and building ships on the wooden yards while enjoying an early breakfast. After breakfast, you will board a sampan boat to Cai Be or Cai Rang floating market, the region’s busiest and most lively markets. Marvel at the sheer abundance of exotic fruits, vegetables and skillfully handcrafted regional products. You will pull up to the boats for talking and bargaining with the merchants. You will also visit some of the local candy and cake making factories or boat through the green water landscape to see local houses, verdant orchards and shipbuilding yards. Disembark the Mekong Eyes after brunch and return to Saigon by private transfer.

DAY 6
SAIGON – DA LAT
Our tour guide and driver will pick you up in the morning at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City then depart for Dalat. We will drive through scenic rubber and tea plantation farms en route to the
cooler climes of Dalat, 300km from Saigon. Established as a hill station at the beginning of 20th century, Dalat is reminiscent of an Alpine town with its French chalets and pine forests. Upon
arrival, check in the hotel and overnight in Dalat.

DAY 7
DA LAT
Breakfast at your hotel. Dalat is a romantic city with European-styled villas and pine forests in the Langbian Plateau at 1,500 meters (about 5000 feet). A morning tour of Dalat includes Dalat
Flower Park, Domain de Marie monastery, Mong Mo Hill & Dalat jam enterprise. In the afternoon, you will visit Truc Lam Pagoda and Tuyen Lam Lake.
(B) Overnight in DA LAT

DAY 8
DA LAT – PHAN THIET
In the morning, you will visit Emperor Bao Dai’s Summer Palace that is indicative of Bao Dai’s status as the puppet ruler of an occupied country, Xuan Huong Lake and Lam Ty Ni Pagoda.
Transfer to Phan Thiet.
